Professional tool for commercial or occasional use
-150 watt bench grinder
-Compact with dust protected switch and rubber mounting feet
-Two all steel tool rests large eye shields and wheel guards for maximum safety when suing this tool
-This machine is very simple to set up and to run is perfect for sharpening cutting tools such as lathe tools or drill bits.
-Also can be used to roughly shape metal prior to welding or fitting
-You can use this either just as a bench grinder or convert it into a bench grinder with polisher on one side, or fully convert it to a polisher with polishing mops on both sides.
-Comes with one coarse and one fine grinding wheel.

POLISHING SPINDLE
-This spindle allows you to convert your bench grinder into a polishing machine by bringing the mop out away from the machine and providing a taper thread for you to attach a mop.
-This is for the right hand side of your grinder as you look at the front
-Fixes via a grub screw (we do not use threaded spindles because you rely on the accuracy of the thread on the grinder which often leads to a wobbly non centred shaft).
-Total length of spindle 4 3/4"
POLISHING MOPS
STAGE 1 - COURSE
-This is a very fast cutting mop and extremely hard
-The mop is made from a coarse sisal material ideal for moving scratches and bad staining, even paint and rust also
Particularly useful for first stage polishing on soft metals
-Can be used on a number of materials including steel, aluminium, brass, copper etc..
-Actual size of the mop 6" x 1" (153mm x 25mm).
STAGE 2 - MEDIUM
-Multi layered and tight stitched to provide a top quality durable mop.
-Suitable for second and final stages of polishing.
-Good for a one shot polishing operation where you need brightness back and the condition of the metal is not marked / scratched or badly pitted.
-The mops have leather centre washers, no staples for immediate application.
-This mop is to be used with a blue or green compound
-Can be used on a number of materials including steel, aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel etc...
-Actual size of the mop 6" x 1" (153mm x 25mm).

-100% cotton loose fold polishing mop ideal for final finishing.
-Soft final finishing mop for all materials including brass, copper, steel, aluminium, stainless steel etc...
-This mop can be used with blue, pink and rouge polishing

-The mops have centre washers, no staples for immediate application.
