This lock will fit the Avon ride coupling / hitch with the integral lock. If you look at your coupling it will say what make it is. E.g. Bradley, Avon ride, Indespension etc.. This lock will fit Avon ride ones only. If your hitch is made by another manufacturer then the suitable locks are available in our shop.
Unlike many locks sold these are insurance approved and complete with certificate. Many insurance companies specify your trailer must have either a wheel clamp or hitch lock and sometimes they say both. Check your policy to be sure. If it specified you require one, it must be approved.
Stronghold Diamond security level 7. Independently tested. This is the ultimate protection level.
Fits over the handle to stop unauthorised coupling and still allows use of the integral Avon ride lock as an extra precaution. Helps prevent parking theft.
Weight 4.5kg.
Can be used when the trailer is hitched to lock it to a vehicle or on its own. Not suitable for use whilst towing.
Supplied with three keys. 1 Million key combinations.
Complete with a pair of gloves for hand protection.
