Ready made car specific brake pipe sets are manufactured from thick wall copper for optimum strength with consistent malleable properties
Each pipe is cut to the correct length
Pipes are marked with a number to show, by reference to the pipe location index included, where each pipe fits the system
Universal flares are deliberately used in every instance to be sure of giving you the safest flares possible
Metric unions have a nick in the hex for identification
Fitted with solid brass unions and marked clearly to indicate the correct location on the vehicle.
Also comes complete with pipe fitting clips and brass in line connectors are supplied where necessary
Developed to be application specific ensuring easier installation and comes complete with pipe clips and brass fittings making the kits virtually corrosion proof.
Kit range provides optimum braking performance.
Do not cut and rework them, except in an emergency
Keep everything as clean as possible
Do not overtighten the unions
Secure the pipes properly, to prevent vibration, using the clips supplied to supplement those you already have on the car
When you have fitted all the pipes, filled and bled the system, recheck each union and make sure you have a firm pedal before taking the vehicle onto the road Have been tested beyond 10,000 PSI (double the SAE pressure) standard for brake hoses.
