SIMPLE TO USE
1. Clear the damaged thread with a drill
2. Screw the BaerFix insert with cutting slides pointing downwards on the inserting tool and then lock the BaerFix insert with the nut by wrench
3. Screw the BaerFix insert into the borehole, the BaerFix thread insert is self tapping and the inserting tool has a 1/4" hexagonal shank and can be used by either a cordless drill or a socket / spanner
4. Unlock the corner nut with a spanner or socket off the inserting tool
METRIC Sizes Include – M2 x 0.4, M2.5 x 0.45, M3 x 0.5, M4 x 0.7, M5 x 0.8, M6 x 1.0, M8 x 1.25, M10 x 1.5 and M12 x 1.75
IMPERIAL UNC Sizes Include – 1/4 x 20, 5/16 x 18, 3/8 x 16, 7/16 x 14 and 1/2 x 13
IMPERIAL UNF Sizes include – 1/4 x 28, 5/16 x 24, 3/8 x 24, 7/16 x 20 and 1/2 x 13
All come in a blow molded case for east storage and transportation
