NUT SERT TOOL DESCRIPTION

Nut sert tool is suitable for putting in internal rivets that can be installed into sheet metal, tubing, extrusions and plastics.

Nut sert tool comes complete with M3, M4, M5 and M6 adaptors (simple to change form one to the other simply unscrew out of the end and replace with whichever size is needed)

Suitable for use with most materials that cannot be tapped or welded

Dual action nut sert can be used as blind fasteners or screw anchor

Nut serts provide a strong thread in thin materials that cannot be tapped

Requires access to only one side of the work piece, nut can be installed after painting or other finishing operations to provide a robust screw anchor therefore eliminating problems of welding and material distortion

Once installed they are permanently attached to the mating material, allowing the associated nut to be removed in service without risk of the fastener becoming dislodged

Strong threads at least 6 turns, even on thinner materials

Permanent and reliable fastener

Serrations / grooves on the body to help prevent rotation

Large flange reinforces the hole in thin materials and increases the pull out resistance
